Eagles are double-digit favorites over the Commanders in Week 10

The Eagles are big favorites on Monday Night.

The Washington Commanders [4-5] are back on the road in Week 10. Washington heads to Philadelphia for a rematch against the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles [8-0].

The two teams met back in Week 3 when the Eagles scored 24 second-quarter points en route to a 24-8 win over the Commanders. It was the second half of that game when Washington’s defense turned its season around.

Unfortunately for the offense, they’ve been unable to find the same consistency as the defense. Quarterback Taylor Heinicke makes his fourth consecutive start against the Eagles on Monday. In Heinicke’s only previous game against Philadelphia — Week 17 of last season — he played well, and Washington entered the fourth quarter with a two-point lead before the Eagles made two field goals to come away with a close win.

Can the Commanders get enough from their offense to pull off the upset on Monday night?

The oddsmakers don’t like Washington’s chances. According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Eagles are 11-point favorites for this rematch.

Here’s a look at the opening lines for Monday’s NFC East battle in Philadelphia:
