Future Hall of Famer, and Miami Heat legend, Dwyane Wade has often kept up with his former team this season and revealed on Thursday that he is fully on board with the “Baby Goat” movement involving rookies Tyler Herro and Kendrick Nunn.
For those not in the know, the trend first started when several players began making gestures on the court with a pinky pointed up in the air. Herro and Nunn first started doing it and, eventually, Chris Silva joined in on the fun as well.
With the “Baby Goat” fad catching on among Heat fans and the players themselves, the team’s creative department launched a line of t-shirts to commemorate the group. Herro and Nunn have been seen rocking the shirts and they appear to be popular among fans.
It’s a movement. 👶🐐

The Five Reasons Sports Network on Thursday compared Herro’s playoff stats over the first six games of his postseason career to Wade’s and the numbers are shockingly similar. Having seen the stats, Wade issued his support to the “Baby Goat” on Twitter.

Herro has played a key role in helping the Heat to a 2-0 series lead over the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference semifinals. He hit a late 3-pointer in Game 1 that helped the Heat seal the win and followed that up by scoring 17 points in Game 2.
Herro has emerged as perhaps one of the top rookies and consistently earned praise from his teammates throughout the season, like from Jimmy Butler, and even Wade himself. Needless to say, the future appears to be bright for Herro in South Florida.
