The Duke football team revealed which uniform combination it will wear against Connecticut in Week 3 on Thursday night.
According to a social media post from the program, the Blue Devils will wear white helmets with the word ‘Duke’ written in the gothic font fans have come to love. Both the jerseys and pants will be blue, the first time this season that Duke will match colors between the two.
In Duke’s only previous home game so far this season, the Blue Devils went with blue jerseys, white helmets, and white pants against Elon in Week 1. They actually wore the exact same helmets, white with the same gothic blue font, against the Phoenix in the opener.
Duke wore blue helmets, white jerseys, and blue pants on the road against Northwestern in Week 2.
The Blue Devils’ third game of the season kicks off at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time at Wallace Wade Stadium on Saturday.
