Duke football coach Manny Diaz introduces brand-new Devils Deck at Wallace Wade Stadium

The Devils Deck, a new addition to Wallace Wade Stadium for the 2024 Duke football season, is ready for Friday’s opener.

The Devils Deck, a new addition to Wallace Wade Stadium for the 2024 football season, is completed and ready for Friday’s opening game against Elon.

To get Blue Devils fans familiar with the new patio area, the team posted a social media video on Thursday of first-year head coach Manny Diaz introducing the area.

The university revealed the project, positioned behind the north end zone, at the end of July. According to the school’s release, the Devils Deck includes a live DJ and unlimited food and non-alcoholic beverages (although fans can also buy alcoholic drinks).

“Looking at this place in person, it is outstanding,” Diaz said. “This is going to be the best place to watch a football game anywhere in the country.”

The grassy seating area, which includes dozens of tables for fans, rises over the bleachers for an elevated view of Diaz, new starting quarterback Maalik Murphy, and the entire team down below.

The university statement said Duke fans with tickets to a Blue Devils game can add a Devils Deck pass for $45 (or $55 if they buy on game day).
