The Arizona Cardinals continue to shake up their front office. After Quentin Harris, vice president of player personnel, parted ways with the team, ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss reported that the team also has moved on from Dru Grigson, the director of player personnel.
Grigson had been with the team for 16 years.
He joined the Cardinals as an area scout in 2008, was promoted to regional scout in 2010 and then was made the director of college scouting. He was made director of player personnel in 2021.
Grigson, like Harris, was a major part of the Steve Keim-led front office.
Monti Ossenfort has been the general manager for a year. He appears to be reshaping and changing who the voices in the room are.
Since Ossenfort was hired, terry McDonough was let go, Adrian Wilson left for a job with the Carolina Panthers, and now Harris and Grigson have parted ways.
