The Golden State Warriors have come a long way since October 5th, when Draymond Green punched Jordan Poole during a preseason practice.
Much has been made of the Warriors’ perceived chemistry issues throughout the year, with many pundits pointing to the altercation as a major issue for the defending champs, but the Warriors are rounding into form at the right time, having gone 8-2 to close the season.
In the aftermath of the Warriors’ altercation, several NBA players chimed in on Twitter, with Rudy Gobert tweeting “Insecurity is always loud.”
Six months later, Gobert left the Timberwolves’ season finale early after throwing a punch at teammate Kyle Anderson.
