Draft Wire releases 2021 two-round mock projection for the Vikings

The Vikings shored up some position groups that could be needs for them next draft. See who Minnesota took here!

First Round: Creed Humphrey | OL | Oklahoma

With the 20th pick in the first round, the Vikings took Humphrey, a center out of Oklahoma.

Drafting Humphrey would mean that center Garrett Bradbury probably had a rocky 2020. There’s also the possibility that the Vikings could move Bradbury to guard, and let go of Pat Elflein.

Humphrey was one of three finalists for the Rimington Trophy, an award for the nation’s best center. If he has a good year for Oklahoma, and the Vikings still have a need on the interior of the offensive line, there’s a chance they could take him.
