Caleb Williams comes back to USC this season as the Heisman Trophy winner. What makes his favorable situation even better is that he will be accompanied by two preseason Biletnikoff Award watch list wideouts in 2023.
Doran Singer, who transferred to USC in the spring of 2023 from Arizona, figures to be a core part of the Trojan lineup this fall. He appeared in all 12 games with 11 starts in his sophomore season with the Arizona Wildcats in 2022.
He had a breakout year in yards and receptions, marking his first 1,000-yard-plus season. He earned AP All-Pac-12 First Team and All-Pac-12 Second Team honors. He finished the season with a career-high 1,105 yards on a career-high 66 receptions and 6 TDs. He recorded four 100-plus yard games. He was named to the 2022 Biletnikoff Award midseason watch list.
In 2022, Tahj Washington had 50 receptions for 785 yards (15.7 avg) with 6 TDs, as well as three kickoff returns for 75 yards (25.0 avg) while appearing in 14 games with 11 starts (all but Stanford, Fresno State and Arizona State) as a redshirt junior. He also recorded one tackle in the Pac-12 Championship Game against Utah.
Washington was named a 2022 All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention.
The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the college football season’s outstanding FBS receiver.
The winner of the Biletnikoff Award will be announced on The Home Depot College Football Awards Show, live on ESPN in December.
