After putting together a nice run that put him back in title contention, Cerrone, 37, has struggled to find winning results of late. He’s dropped his past four, albeit to strong competition in former UFC champs Conor McGregor and Anthony Pettis as well as current interim titleholder Justin Gaethje and former interim titleholder Tony Ferguson. Now the UFC’s all-time wins leader will attempt to score his 24th octagon triumph.
Price, 30, will look to get in his way as he looks to rebound from a recently loss to Vicente Luque. “Hybrid” has alternated wins and losses over his past seven contests, but tends to bring excitement win or lose with just one decision result in his career.
