The Jets will have their starting quarterback on Sunday, but the right side of the offensive line could be a concern when it comes to protecting Sam Darnold and his shoulder.
Right tackles George Fant (knee/ankle) and Chuma Edoga (ankle) are doubtful against Miami. Versatile backup Conor McDermott is an option to start in place of the duo, but either way, New York’s depth will be tested.
The line could also be without LG Alex Lewis, who is questionable with a non-injury related issue. LB Blake Cashman (hamstrings) is also questionable. LB Patrick Onwuasor (hamstring) meanwhile, is out after making his Jets debut last week.
As for the Dolphins, rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa (left thumb) is questionable, as is WR Jakeem Grant (hamstring). RB Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) and G Solomon Kindley (foot) are out.
