The wild-card round of the NFL playoffs has come to a close with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeating the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night. This result, along with the others throughout the weekend.
With this news, the Miami Dolphins officially know where they’re slated to pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft – No. 21 overall. That’s the exact same position Miami would’ve picked last year had they not been docked a selection due to the tampering situation with now-retired quarterback Tom Brady.
With general manager Chris Grier’s history, it’s unclear whether or not the Dolphins will actually make a selection at No. 21, or if they’ll trade it to grab an experienced veteran to make an immediate impact in South Florida. There’s a good argument that could be made for either decision.
