The Philadelphia 76ers have not had the services of sharpshooter Seth Curry since he suffered a left ankle sprain on March 17 against the Milwaukee Bucks. He missed the team’s wins over the weekend and he will also miss Tuesday’s matchup with the Golden State Warriors.
The good news is that Curry was able to participate in the team’s morning shootaround Tuesday before the game. Coach Doc Rivers did confirm that, but he did say he did not do much and he a lot of stuff with physical therapists.
“He didn’t do much, honestly,” said Rivers. “He got some shots up, other than that, not a lot. He’s doing things all day with the physical therapists, as far as that work, and I don’t pay much attention to that, honestly m, but he is progressing.”
#Sixers SG Seth Curry ( left ankle sprain) participated in this morning’s shootaround and his left ankle is progressing well. Curry’s status for Thursday’s game in Los Angeles vs. the Lakers will be provided by tomorrow’s reporting deadline.

As for Joel Embiid, the big fella did not travel with the team on this trip. The Sixers are going to remain cautious with him and they have him back in Philadelphia continuing to work.
“I just think it’s better served to be at home working out with guys,” said Rivers. “Working out with some of our coaches. We just have more stuff to work out with at home. We typically do that.”
The Sixers and the Warriors will tipoff at 10 p.m. EST from the Chase Center in San Francisco.
