Do the Golden State Warriors have an edge over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals due to their experience?

In such a closely-matched series, every wrinkle matters.

The Boston Celtics have made it to the NBA Finals after three previous deep runs made in the postseason by players who are part of the team’s current core, a young squad with considerably more corporate knowledge than one might think given their age.

But they will have to defeat the dynastic Golden State Warriors to win the team’s 18th banner, a franchise that is appearing in its sixth NBA Finals series in less than a decade, winners of four of those runs. How much does NBA Finals experience matter when it comes to hanging banners? Do the Warriors have a clear advantage when it comes to winning it all?

The hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Beat” podcast Adam Kaufman and Evan Valenti were joined by Heavy’s Steve Bulpett to talk about what it would take for Boston to win the 2022 NBA Championship, and more.
