The Kansas City Chiefs’ offense hasn’t been as explosive as many fans expected this season, and injuries to the team’s receiving corps are largely to blame.
After losing their top two wide receivers— Rashee Rice and Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown— at the beginning of the season, the Chiefs scrambled to add JuJu Smith-Schuster and DeAndre Hopkins.
On Wednesday, Brown quarterback Patrick Mahomes both made cryptic posts to Twitter, that seemed to hint that some noteworthy news may be coming.
Then, on Thursday, it was announced Brown had returned to practice in Kansas City, clearing the way for him to make his regular-season debut with the Chiefs in the coming weeks.

Brown has been very vocal regarding his injury progress on social media and posts regularly to keep fans up-to-date.
Though he will not play in Kansas City’s Week 15 matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, fans can expect to see him back on the field before the regular season ends.
