Diana Taurasi scored a team-high 20 points on Tuesday to lead the Phoenix Mercury to an 81-74 victory over the Atlanta Dream at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
Taurasi shot 4-of-9 from the field and went a perfect 10-of-10 from the free-throw line. She also added six rebounds while one of her six assists quickly made the highlight reels on social media.
While she was double-teamed just above the 3-point line, Taurasi split the defenders and dropped in a beautiful no-look pass to a cutting Brianna Turner at the basket.
The play caught the attention of Memphis Grizzlies rookie Ja Morant.

Through the first five games of the WNBA season, Taurasi is averaging 16.4 points, six assists and 2.8 rebounds as the Mercury have posted a 3-2 record so far this season.
Morant has been a vocal fan of the WNBA and has often shown love to the women of the sport. He was among the NBA players that were excited for the start of the season and was likely watching live on Tuesday.
