Devin White has quickly taken on the leadership role for the Philadelphia Eagles defense

Devin White exited Tampa Bay for Philadelphia with the hope of retooling his career while becoming the missing piece that gets this Eagles team over the Super Bowl hump. Since arriving, White has shown that he’s the best linebacker on the roster while assuming a leadership role, resulting in the former Buccaneers star becoming a defensive general.

In the video courtesy of Symone Stanley, White talked about starting a group chat with Eagles offensive stars, preaching accountability.

White, 26, spent the first five years of his career with the Buccaneers, winning a Super Bowl and earning a Pro Bowl nod before getting benched and falling out of favor. A stout 2024 season in Philadelphia could get White a new contract while providing the Eagles with star power at the linebacker position.
