Devin Booker declared it ‘No Loss November’ for the Suns after beating the Warriors

Wonder how December will go

The NBA revolves around the Suns. Yes, that pun was very much so intended.

It’s also true. After Mikal Bridges locked Steph Curry up to catapult Phoenix to a win over Golden State, the Suns have now won 17 in a row. And at 18-3 Phoenix is now the sole leader of the pack in the NBA with the league’s best record.

And all they had to do to get there was not lose a single game in November. They went 16-0 in November, making them the sixth team in NBA history to go without losing in an entire month. The last team to do it, funnily enough, was the 2015 Golden State Warriors during a 24-0 start to their year.

Devin Booker had a clever moniker in celebration of his team’s excellence. He coined it “No Loss November.”

Just a stroke of brilliance.

That is simultaneously the coolest and most simple tweet on the internet right now. It also might be the truest, too.

I don’t know who needs to hear it, but the Suns might be the title favorites in the NBA right now. They just beat the Warriors. They beat the Nets. The Bucks are still rounding into form. Let’s not even talk about the Lakers.

The Suns are the team to beat right now. And, apparently, nobody can do it. At least, they couldn’t in November.

We’ll see how December shakes out.
