Detroit Sports Radio host gives big shoutout to QB Aidan Chiles following win vs. Maryland

Aidan Chiles’ strong performance vs. Maryland gained attention from those outside of Spartan Nation

Michigan State quarterback Aidan Chiles made some huge plays to lead the Spartans to a win over Maryland on Saturday, and that performance is gaining attention outside of Spartan Nation.

Chiles received a shoutout from Detriot sports radio host Jim Costa following the win over Maryland. Costa — who is a host on 97.1 The Ticket’s morning show — said Chiles made an “incredible throw” on the Nick Marsh 77-yard touchdown to tie the game in the fourth quarter. He also gave praise to Chiles for his fourth quarter game-winning drive.

Chiles finished the game with 363 yards passing and three touchdowns to lead the Spartans to the monster road victory over the Terps.

Michigan State will return to the field next week in a home game against Prarie View A&M. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET and the game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
