Pistons at Nets: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Nets 124, Pistons 107
Money line (ML)
PASS on the money line as neither side presents enough value. The Nets should be able to win this contest with ease, but -650 odds are just far too low to bet.
Brooklyn has been on a roll of late, winning 11 of its last 12 games. Still, there is just too much risk for such a little payout. Instead, look at the spread for value.

Against the spread (ATS)
NETS -11.5 (-110) is the play as they are 11-1 against the spread in their last 12 games. Their last three wins were by a combined 41 points. This is one of the best teams in the NBA, even without Durant in the lineup.
Detroit will likely have a ton of problems even keeping this game competitive, especially without its top two point guards. Look for Brooklyn to cover this 11.5-point spread and win by close to 20 points Saturday.
Over/Under (O/U)
OVER 228.5 (-110) is the lean as the Nets have the No. 1 scoring offense. They are averaging 121.1 points per game and their offense is only getting better.
While the Pistons have an average defense (No. 13 in points allowed per game), don’t expect them to hold the Nets under 120 points Saturday. The over has hit in five of the last six games for the Nets inside the Central Division.
