After reports of the Colts signing Rivers, it was also reported that his contract would be a one-year deal worth $25 million—all of which is guaranteed.
It seems that is the case for Rivers. The details of the contract have emerged via Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. The deal is worth $25 million, all guaranteed. He gets $12 million as a signing bonus and $13 million in salary.

Because it is a one-year deal, there isn’t a whole lot of salary cap implications outside of the 2020 season. Rivers will hold the biggest salary cap hit on the team, followed closely by new defensive tackle DeForest Buckner.
The Colts are hoping that Rivers can get them back to the playoffs while also providing the chance for them to find their future quarterback in the draft.
He will be taking up his one-year deal with full guaranteed money as the Colts try to take advantage of the AFC South in 2020.
