DeSean Jackson has quietly gone about his 2020 offseason as the Eagles figured out how they could retool at the wide receiver position.
After both Jackson and Alshon Jeffery were placed on season-ending injured reserve, Eagles brass started the process of what general manager Howie Roseman called a retool of speed and youth at the wide receiver position.
One of the fastest receivers in football season entering the NFL, Jackson made it known during an Instagram post that he’s still the Eagles No. 1 wide receiver and he’s definitely not the number 3.
Keep that same energy means Jackson has every intention of returning to the explosive weapon the Eagles envisioned after his breakout week 1 performance against the Redskins last season.
The Eagles recently drafted and acquire a ton of speed in Marquise Goodwin (trade), Jalen Reagor (TCU), John Hightower (Boise State), and Quez Watkins (Southern Miss).
Jackson also recently shared a video running routes and the Eagles star looks good.
