The Denver Broncos hosted former Wisconsin offensive lineman Tyler Beach in a tryout on Tuesday, according to the Denver Post’s Parker Gabriel.
The Grafton, Wisconsin native participated in the tryout alongside defensive back Micah Abraham, offensive tackle Anim Dankwah and offensive tackle Matt Nelson.
The news comes roughly one week after the Pittsburgh Steelers released Beach to make room on their final 53-man roster. He, alongside DB Kiondre Thomas, DL Marquiss Spencer, LB Kyahva Tezino, OL Devery Hamilton, RB Daijun Edwards, and WRs Jacob Copeland and T.J. Luther were among those released.
Beach now appears to be pursuing a spot on the Broncos’ 16-man practice squad before the 2024 season.

The 6’6” lineman saw the majority of his collegiate playing time from 2021-22, his final seasons with the Badgers. Beach started 21 contests during those seasons and pocketed an All-Big Ten third team selection in 2022.
Beach did sign with the Houston Texans as a free agent in 2023 but failed to see the field.
