The Arizona Cardinals had receiver DeAndre Hopkins back at practice on Wednesday. After sitting out of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday practice with what head coach Kliff Kingsbury called minor hamstring tightness, Hopkins put on pads for the first time in training camp.
It was reported by several media members who were present for the open part of Wednesday’s practice at State Farm Stadium. And if there was any doubt, the team’s Twitter account made sure to let fans know he was back in action.

The Cardinals had their first padded practice on Monday. Hopkins will need to ramp up physically, but he will be more than ready for the start of the regular season on September 13.
