He has only been a member of the Arizona Cardinals a short time, but receiver DeAndre Hopkins is already making an impact on the community. In addition to the $1 million the team is contributing to the AZ Coronavirus Relief Fund and the 150,000 meals linebacker Chandler Jones is contributing to food banks in Arizona and New York, Hopkins is adding his own money to the relief efforts.
Hopkins announced via social media his plan to contribute $150,000 to the relief efforts for the coronavirus pandemic.

In a time where many are losing income because of loss of hours or loss of jobs, it is great to see local athletes in much better financial situations than most of us step up and help those who need it most.
