The Atlanta Falcons are moving on from another starter as NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that defensive end Vic Beasley has signed a one-year, $9.5 million contract with the Tennessee Titans:
Vic Beasley gets a 1-year deal worth $9.5M guaranteed, source said, with a max of $12M. A chance to prove it in Tennessee. https://t.co/IrEo53XljG

The Falcons announced shortly after the season that they would not be re-signing Beasley, who led the team in sacks last season. While he once looked like a long-term building block, Beasley’s production took a serous dip following his dominant 2016 season when he was the NFL’s sack leader.
At just 27 years old, Beasley still has a chance to get his career back on track, but not for an Atlanta team that is low on cap space. In five seasons with the Falcons, the former first-round pick recorded 156 tackles (119 solo) and 37.5 sacks.
