Tampa Bay Vipers
The Vipers are 0-2 and minus-4. They have not shown much of anything under Marc Trestman. This could be where things separate from contenders to pretenders in the XFL. Tampa Bay, like other teams, has a huge quarterback problem. It might be some of the bottom-feeders but do not see it competing with the top three. 10-1.
