Las Vegas Raiders star wide receiver Davante Adams would like to be traded from the AFC West team.
There were multiple reports on Tuesday about Adams wishing to be dealt.
They came a day after a verified social media account linked to coach Antonio Pierce liked a post wondering if Adams had played his last down in the Silver and Black.
Adams was on “Up & Adams” with host Kay Adams on Tuesday.
“I haven’t heard from him. I haven’t talked to him,” Davante Adams said when asked if he’s heard from Pierce. “… Social media is a beast so it’s a lot of people out there that saw it and wondering what’s going on and reaching out.”
Adams did not play Sunday when the Raiders defeated the Cleveland Browns due to a hamstring injury that is considered week-to-week.
The Raiders are said to want a second-round pick plus other compensation for Adams.
Wonder if the New York Jets would be interested in reuniting Adams and Aaron Rodgers.
