Dan Snyder to miss Sunday’s game after contact with COVID-positive individual

Both Dan Snyder and his wife, Tanya, will miss Sunday’s game in Arizona after coming into contact with someone positive for COVID-19.

It’s being reported on Sunday morning ahead of Washington’s road game against the Arizona Cardinals that team owner Dan Snyder and his wife, Tanya, will miss the game after coming into contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a release sent out by the Washington Football Team, both Snyder and his wife tested negative, but they are still maintaining distance for the time being.

“Although the Snyders will not be present at today’s game in Arizona against the Cardinals, the health and safety of those with whom they may have come into contact with is paramount,” the statement read.

Washington kicks off against the Cardinals at 4:05 ET.
