The Jets are finally getting their chance to visit with the big-name free agent running back.
Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Jets are bringing in former Vikings running back Dalvin Cook for a visit this weekend.
Four-time Pro Bowl playmaker Dalvin Cook is flying today to New York for a visit with the #Jets this weekend.

The Jets have long been rumored to have had interest in Cook, who was released last month in a salary cap move by the Vikings. With Breece Hall on the PUP list, the Jets could eye Cook as a way to help bridge the gap until Hall is healthy, which would then create one of the best 1-2 punches at running back in the league with Michael Carter also a bounceback candidate.
The Jets now have extra cap room for 2024 to use after restructuring the contract of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, which could be used to help lure Cook to the Jets.
This weekend could be an interesting one for the Jets.
