The Colorado Buffaloes have now played spoilers to the Arizona Wildcats twice in less than a week.
On Saturday night in Boulder, the Buffs men’s basketball team handed the Wildcats a double-digit loss. Then on Thursday, the Buffs women’s team topped Arizona in a stunning game.
The Buffs started off the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament with a bang on Wednesday by defeating Washington before landing a huge upset of Arizona in a grind, 45-43.
The Wildcats will leave Sin City in a state of shock, while the Buffs move onto the semifinals.

However, things won’t get easier for the Buffs, who now face No. 2 Stanford on Friday at 7 p.m. MT in another massive game.

Kindyll Wetta was phenomenal for the Buffs, stuffing the stat sheet with six points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. Oh, and she is just a freshman.
Things were going well for Arizona, but the Buffs played lockdown defense down the stretch.
OUR 👏 DEFENSE 👏
