The Colorado Buffaloes football program has been extremely active on the recruiting front. With Deion Sanders in town, a number of players from the state of Florida, as well as transfers from Florida State, have committed to play for Coach Prime.
Now, the Buffs have offered class of 2024 four-star defensive lineman Artavius Jones, per his X (formerly known as Twitter) page.
The junior from Blountstown, Florida is committed has received offers from a flurry of schools, including UCF, Florida State, Georgia, and LSU but is committed to Miami (FL), for now.
Jones committed to Miami back in July and since then, he has received offers from a number of other programs, including Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi State.
In 2022, Jones played on both sides of the line and even took snaps at fullback and tight end, so his versatility is off the charts and exactly what Coach Prime loves in potential two-way players.
For now, he is committed to Miami, but as always, minds can change over the course of the next few months ahead of national signing day.
