The Colorado Buffaloes continue to be major factors in the recruiting game with Deion Sanders having a footprint all across the country.
Now, the Buffs are in the top 12 for class of 2024 defensive tackle Jayden Jackson, per Jackson’s own Twitter page.
Here are Jackson’s top 12 schools as of Monday:
- Texas
- Miami (FL)
- Auburn
- Florida

- Ohio State
- Notre Dame
- Texas A&M
- Oklahoma
- Nebraska
- Tennessee
- Wisconsin
Jackson has received 26 Division I offers, per Rivals, and he is one of the better players on the market in the class of 2024.
The three-star recruit plays at IMG Academy and has one more year remaining there before heading to college.

Jackson has a lot of Florida programs on his list, and the Buffs being in the top 12 just shows how big of an impact Coach Prime has made already.
Jackson’s IMG teammate, David Stone Jr., committed to Oklahoma and had a Twitter exchange with Jackson, one that got Sooners fans pumped up with the possibility of landing Jackson.
Would love to brother 🤞🏾🤷🏽♀️ https://t.co/eDFXXuH96O

Nonetheless, Jackson has time to make a decision, but the Buffs have to be thrilled to be continuously in the running for some of the nation’s top high school prospects.
