Cowboys-Eagles initial Week 14 injury report: CB Slay headlines Philly wounded, Smith sits again

Cowboys-Eagles practice report from Wednesday as the teams kick off their prep for the Week 14 showdown.

The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles started their preparation for the Week 14 reunion on Wednesday. While the biggest injury news out of Dallas surrounded their head coach, the Eagles have several players who need an eye kept on their status. Philly looks prepared to get back their star tight end, Dallas Goedert, who has been out of action since breaking his arm in the first matchup of Week 9.

However their star secondary player, Darius Slay, missed work on Wednesday as he rested his knee. For the Dallas contingent, several players had a veteran’s day of rest, including Tyron Smith who continues the tradition of not practicing to keep him healthy for gamedays. Here’s a look at the full rundown of Wednesday’s practice report.
