Clinton-Dix signed a one-year prove-it deal with the Bears last offseason, where he served as a solid replacement for the departed Adrian Amos.
Last season, Clinton-Dix started all 16 games for the Bears and finished the season with 78 tackles and two interceptions.
In Dallas, Clinton-Dix will reunite with Mike McCarthy, who coached him during his first five seasons with the Packers.
