Cowboys News: Lamb’s big day at Pro Bowl, Jerry loses bid for World Cup Final

From @ToddBrock24f7: The WR’s 3 touchdowns helped propel the NFC to a win in Orlando; AT&T Stadium will host 9 World Cup matches in 2026 but not the final.

The Pro Bowl Games are in the books, and CeeDee Lamb had a heavy hand in the writing of the NFC’s overall win. In addition to the three touchdowns snared by the wide receiver, several Cowboys also helped accumulate points for the conference in the day’s various skills challenges.

Jerry Jones, meanwhile, was hoping the day would bring the announcement he’d been lobbying for: that AT&T Stadium would serve as the host site for the 2026 World Cup Final. His jewel of a venue was picked to be showcased heavily, but not in the big championship.

And finally, the Cowboys prepare to get going on defensive coordinator interviews, and they’ll include a familiar face. We’ve also got what Micah Parsons had to say about Dan Quinn leaving for the Cowboys’ most storied rivals, a look at what impact the tight ends room will have on the 2024 budget, and an arrest in Texas could weigh on one of the stars of Super Bowl LVIII. Plus, yet another former Cowboys staffer returns to the NFC East. That’s all up in News and Notes.
