Could the San Antonio Spurs and Atlanta Hawks make another trade this 2024 NBA offseason? Their most recent exchange was the swap that sent former Spurs guard Dejounte Murray to the Hawks, but as we have all seen, the fit there has not been very good.
And as a result of that ill fit, there has been renewed chatter about San Antonio and Atlanta reversing that deal with Murray — or perhaps sending his backcourt counterpart Trae Young to the Spurs instead. Throw in the fact that the Hawks landed the top overall pick of the 2024 NBA draft, and things get even more interesting with the possibilities that could open up.
