Conference realignment is always very interesting and it can be fun to speculate and wonder what is next. After the UCLA and USC news that they are off to the Big Ten rumors and reports went crazy.
Some were plausible and reported by reputable sources such as Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports, John Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News, or John Canzano, plus others.
Then there are those who just throw something against the wall to see what sticks, and spoiler, it doesn’t seem to happen.
It all started with this tweet, which of course we are still waiting on the end results.
Look for invitations to #Fresno State and #SDSU from the P12 later in the evening tonight or early tomorrow, from what i’ve heard both schools have already been informed and are ready to jump whenever the formal invite is sent.

Per sources Boise state and San Diego State have reached a multi-year deal agreeing to the original 2013 deal and will be joining the Big East as Baseball only members. Big East officials are quoted as saying “it would be nice to play a meaningful baseball game in Omaha.”
