Commanders’ top offensive player grades for Week 10, per PFF

It was a good night for Washington’s offense, specifically for Heinicke, Samuel and and McLaurin.

The Washington Commanders possessed the football for more than 40 minutes in Monday night’s surprising win over the previously unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles. Washington ran 81 offensive plays in comparison to the 47 plays from the Eagles.

The Commanders were outstanding on third downs, converting 12 of 21 opportunities. Washington also converted once on fourth down and would have a second time if not for a pre-snap penalty.

Quarterback Taylor Heinicke played his most efficient game of the season on Monday night. Heinicke only had one turnover-worthy pass, which was picked off, but it ultimately didn’t come back to haunt the Commanders.

Washington knew it needed a good performance from Heinicke and the offense, and he delivered.
