Colts’ Xavier Rhodes (hamstring) is day-to-day

Colts CB Xavier Rhodes is considered day-to-day with a hamstring injury.

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Xavier Rhodes suffered a hamstring injury against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 17 and is considered day-to-day.

Head coach Frank Reich met with the media on Monday and said that Rhodes will be evaluated throughout the week to see if he can play in the regular-season finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

“Just to follow up with Xavier (Rhodes), the hamstring, we’ll continue to evaluate that this week, see how he’s doing and go day-to-day with him,” Reich said.

Rhodes has been battling injuries all season even to the point where he’s played through a calf injury.

If Rhodes can’t play against the Jaguars, the Colts will lean more on Rock Ya-Sin and Isaiah Rodgers while T.J. Carrie could see more snaps as the fourth player in the rotation.
