The Indianapolis Colts are ready to see their season officially come to an end Sunday when they travel to TIAA Bank Field to visit the Jacksonville Jaguars for the regular-season finale.
As both teams are out of the playoffs already, they will be looking toward the offseason as soon as the game is over. Even so, the Colts still have another game to play to finish out the season.
