Colts vs. Jaguars: Jacksonville with 6 players questionable

The Jaguars listed six players as questionable ahead of their Week 5 matchup with the Colts. Here’s what you need to know.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson is questionable for Sunday’s game, and the team has already ruled out Kenny Moore, Kwity Paye, and Jonathan Taylor. For more on that, click here.

But what about the Colts’ Week 5 opponent, the Jaguars? Jacksonville has six players listed as questionable, five of which are on the defensive side of the football.

Josh Hines-Allen leads the Jaguars defense in pressures and has been one of the more disruptive edge defenders against the run this season by PFF’s metrics.

Tight end Evan Engram hasn’t played since Week 1, but was a big part of the Jaguars’ passing game in 2023, catching 114 passes for 963 yards and four touchdowns.

Yasir Abdullah is one of four linebackers to see somewhat steady playing time this year, while Devin Lloyd has been one of Jacksonville’s starters at that position. Lloyd did not play in Week 4 against Houston.

Darnell Savage spent most of his Week 1 snaps lined up in the slot, but has been sidelined since. Safety Daniel Thomas has played 30 defensive snaps this season, according to PFF, but has primarily been a special teams contributor for the Jaguars.
