The Indianapolis Colts’ final Week 18 injury report is short, with only two players with injury designations.
However, one of those players is Anthony Richardson, who the Colts will be without for the second consecutive week. Cornerback JuJu Brents is also questionable.
But what about Jacksonville’s final injury report? Following the team’s final practice on Friday, the Jaguars have only two players with injury designations as well.

OT Walker Little (ankle), Out: Since Week 8, Little has been the Jaguars starting left tackle. This will be the second game in a row that he has missed. In 2024, Little ranked 16th in pass-blocking efficiency among tackles and 30th in PFF’s run-blocking grade. In Little’s place last week against the Titans was Cole Van Lanen, who allowed two pressures and no sacks.
LB Ventrell Miller (ankle), Questionable: Miller has played 482 snaps at linebacker this season, but did miss last week’s game as well. He is fourth on the team in tackles and has two pass breakups in coverage. From Weeks 14-16, Miller averaged fewer than 15 snaps per game, while contributing heavily on special teams.
