The Indianapolis Colts finally made their trade back in the third round of the 2020 NFL draft, trading two picks (75 + 197) for three picks with the Detroit Lions.
After staying put at No. 34 and taking wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr., Chris Ballard traded up for running back Jonathan Taylor, which forced him to give up the No. 160 pick.
Moving back 10 spots in the trade with the Lions, the Colts get a fifth-rounder back while slightly moving up in the sixth round to go along with the Lions’ third-round pick. Here’s a look at the updated draft pick order for Indy:
