Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton cleared the concussion protocol and is expected to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 10.
Hilton suffered his concussion against the Tennessee Titans in Week 8 but was unable to make the quick turnaround to play against the New York Jets in Week 9.
Head coach Frank Reich confirmed to the media on Friday that Hilton cleared the protocol, which was expected after logging a full participant during Thursday’s practice.

Hilton has struggled to stay on the field this season. He missed the first five games of the season after undergoing a procedure on his neck following the preseason. Upon his return in Week 6, Hilton suffered a quad injury and missed the Week 7 game against the San Francisco 49ers. He returned in Week 8 and then suffered the concussion while falling going up for a catch.
The wide receiver room completely belongs to Michael Pittman Jr. but the Colts desperately need a complement WR2 in the offense. Hopefully, Hilton can stay healthy moving forward to give Carson Wentz another weapon.
