Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is being evaluated for a concussion after leaving the game in the fourth quarter against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Going up for a ball, Hilton came down hard on the turf and even though he was able to leave the field under his own power, he went to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion.
