No. 122 | Reggie Robinson | CB | Tulsa
Going without an offensive tackle through the first four rounds doesn’t really seem like a Chris Ballard move, but there is no denying the Colts will need to target the cornerback position. Even after adding Xavier Rhodes on a one-year deal, some depth and talent is needed in the room.
He doesn’t quite hit the length threshold that Ballard likes in his cornerbacks, but there is reason to believe Robinson can turn into a solid zone corner. He doesn’t have amazing athleticism or length at the position, but given how much the Colts run zone coverage, there is potential for him to be a solid depth piece.
