No. 44 | Tee Higgins | WR | Clemson

Outside of T.Y. Hilton, there isn’t a whole lot proven in the wide receiver room. Zach Pascal stepped up in a big way and should have a complementary role but there is still some talent needed at the top. Higgins is a polarizing prospect. His athleticism and separation ability is in question but his ability to make contested catches while possessing the X-receiver build is intriguing.

Some might believe a talent like Brandon Aiyuk or Michael Pittman is a better fit here for the Colts, but Higgins does have the type of playmaking ability that Rivers likes on the outside. Given his history with Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams, Higgins could be a productive piece to the offense. Include the fact that the Colts tried out Devin Funchess in the slot before his injury means they could try to do something similar while getting him developed on the outside.
