The Indianapolis Colts (9-4) came through with an impressive 44-27 win over the Las Vegas Raiders (7-6) on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium, further pushing their way into the AFC playoff picture.
It was a complete win that featured spectacular plays in all three phases. It was a game that showed the Colts have close to no weaknesses when firing on all cylinders.
After the win, we’ll be taking a look at the snap counts on offense, defense and special teams:
Offense

- Michael Pittman Jr. continues to lead the way in the WR room. He played 90% of the snaps while Zach Pascal and T.Y. Hilton both had a 67% snap share.
- In the backfield, it was the Jonathan Taylor show. He played 56% of snaps while Nyheim Hines followed at 36%. With Taylor playing well, Jordan Wilkins continues to see a very limited role.
- TE Jack Doyle got back on top leading the tight ends at a nice 69% snap share. Trey Burton played just a handful more snaps than Mo Alie-Cox. Their low snap shares suggest a lot of 11 personnel on Sunday.
- LT Anthony Castonzo played 75% of snaps. The Colts put Chaz Green in to replace him at first but then moved Quenton Nelson to LT and plugged in Joey Hunt at LG on the drive before Castonzo’s return.
Defense & Special Teams
Notes
- No player played 100% of the snaps this week, likely due to the blowout at the end of the game.
- CB Rock Ya-Sin saw his snap count rise due to the injury to Xavier Rhodes during the second half.
- DE Kemoko Turay played a season-high 24% of snaps.
- S George Odum and LB Zaire Franklin unsurprisingly led the special teams unit. S Ibraheim Campbell was also up there as the replacement to LB Jordan Glasgow, who is on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
