The Indianapolis Colts (3-5) were competitive but ultimately found themselves on the side of defeat in a 38-27 loss during the Week 8 matchup against the New Orleans Saints (4-4).
The loss extends the Colts to a three-game losing streak and now marks the fourth loss in their last five games. It was a competitive bout right up until the end of the third quarter, which is when the Saints were able to put the game away with consecutive touchdown drives.
