Colts remain home underdogs vs. Chiefs in Week 3

The Colts are still one of the biggest underdogs of the week.

The Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1) will play host to the Kansas City Chiefs (2-0) on Sunday for a Week 3 matchup that marks the first game at Lucas Oil Stadium this season.

Opening the week as one of the biggest underdogs, there have been some changes to the betting odds entering the weekend. However, according to Tipico Sportsbook, the Colts are still one of the biggest underdogs of Week 3.

Here are the updated betting odds entering the weekend:

Spread Moneyline Total Points
Kansas City Chiefs (2-0) -5.5 -240 O 50.5
-115
Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1) +5.5 +200 U 50.5
-105

The Colts opened the week as 6.5-point home underdogs, but the expected return of linebacker Shaquille Leonard and wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. may have been enough to give them a point with the spread.

The moneyline remains in favor of the Chiefs, but it did drop from -280 while the Colts were +230 earlier in the week. The total for the game rose one point from the opening odds.

The Colts are looking to pull off a miracle in order to get their season back on track. After two lackluster performances against supposedly inferior teams to open the season, the Colts now host one of the best teams in the NFL while searching for their first win.
